I was staying nearby, preparing to attend a wedding later that day and booked a last minute appointment to trouble shoot TMJ pain. When I booked the appointment, I stressed the importance of the appointment beginning on time and was assured it would. I arrived early to take care of paperwork and in case they were ready for me a few minutes early. On the contrary, the appointment started about 20 minutes late.
