BEWARE!! You will get what you pay for! This company great when things are okay and it doesn't involve the company $$$ because you will then need to be prepare to deal with the Broker/Owner Kami. Let start that Kami will email you when he aware you're happy with he's company and will ask you to please send a positive review. He will reply quickly to emails. However, not when $$ involve to he's company due to deceit from he's Repair Department employee.. My bad experiences. I was living out of the state of Nevada. When the tenant moved out I had to get my 3bdrm/2bath house carpet & padding replace. I instructed the Repair Department that I will only approve payment for new carpet/padding for same type of carpet which is plush light beige & NO DARK COLORS. When new carpet was put in I received email with pictures of new carpet and I replied Please don't tell me that pictures looks ugly dark dirt mud brown carpet and if it is? Get it replace! I said NO DARK COLORS. The Repair Department reply back saying sorry the pictures are bad due to bad lighting that they had a sample of carpet in office and sent me another picture that came across light beige. I trusted them because they said it was due to bad lighting for bad dark looking pictures and with the new picture with sample in their office looked light beige So, why should I question them any further? Well I decided to move back to Vegas into my house. When I seen the carpet for the first time I was SHOCK! It was a ugly dark dirt muddy brown carpet. HORRIBLE. I inform Repair Department got no where and I told them I'm going to BBB so they said I need to speak to Kami their Broker/Owner of company. When I filed a complaint to BBB I did receive a voicemail from Kami advising me that he and Tierra had a long discussion on my carpet issue and that Tierra on my side. (Tierra seen carpet when we did walk thru) Anyway, I emailed him saying that I prefer everything in black and white on he's plan to get this carpet replace as my security back up. I got no reply from him so I emailed him again saying I've been patience that he had until May 19th the deadline from BBB to get this resolve. He called me once again after I emailed him asking me to call him back to discuss issue. I again email him and Tierra replied back saying she sorry that she wish she could get this issue fixed but will go into Kami office and speak him and will let me know outcome. She replies back saying sorry Kami could not reply because he's back up in he's emails and it would be best to call him. How can anyone say that their back up on emails for 2 weeks?? Kami has not gotten back to BBB deadline May 19th so they have send Kami a second notice with a deadline to respond by May 29th I will not answer Kami calls to avoid hearing him try and maybe belittle me and turn it around to make it my fault. All I wanted is to get this ugly carpet replace and to put in what I ask and instructed which was same as my previous carpet a plush light beige color carpet NO DARK COLORS. I would have gave them 4 stars because of he's employees Tatianna and Tierra who always answered their emails quickly and will do everything they can to do to fix your concern but should the issue can't be approve by them and can only be approved by their Broker/Owner Kami?. Then be prepare to not receive proper ownership to correct $$$ issue in a timely manner. He will call you and leave a voice message asking you to return he's call. He stalls or doesn't want to put anything in black and white on plans that causing him $$$ to be fix. Also, it's very disappointing and to tell he employer Tierra that he can't get to he's emails after a few weeks because he's back up in emails which only proves he's ownership on running a business is bad if he can't reply to emails in a timely manner. I've just filed a complaint with the Nevada Federal Trade Commission and with Nevada Attorney General. I email Kami that I was filing a claim with them but he has not reply. As of today 6/6/17 no emails from Kami nor has he reply to BBB... HORRIBLE.
