We are currently renting a home and there have been issues with the AC. Our landlord has a home warranty and this is the company that they sent out. The external line from the house to the unit kept freezing. It took upwards of SIX (I lost count) trips for them to figure out the problem. The first two trips I was told that everything was fine. The next trip they replaced a capacitor. Next they replaced a different part...something about a expansion valve that wasn't opening and closing properly. Then they came back again and replaced the blower motor. And on the last visit they replaced the entire motherboard. The employees who came out to the house were always nice, but that is the only good thing that I have to say. Not really sure if this was just bad luck on their part or some sort of scheme against the home warranty company, regardless, I think that there are better companies out there!
