had an online coupon for an hour long massage here. was a bit disappointed.
as my massage therapist finished and exited the room, i glanced at the clock...5:23pm. my massage didn't start until 4:45pm. which basically meant i received a 38 minute massage, but paid for a 60 minute.
i'm not sure if he was keeping tabs or if the headphones he was wearing threw off his concentration, but he neglected my whole right arm, and kept kneading and coming back to the right side of my neck and shoulder. i'm no masseuse, but i have had a couple 100 massages and they usually keep things pretty symmetrical.
one positive: unlike most chiropractic businesses, they did not try to sell or convince me to have a checkup from the doctor. i did appreciate that.
overall though, felt like i was jipped.
