My dad researched this hidden gem before my recent visit to the CLE. He knew I've been kayaking a few times in Virginia lately and wanted to show me Cleveland offers it, too. I was impressed-the price is right ($15/first hour +$5 for every 30 mins after) and they have a great collection of kayaks. They also just started renting stand-up paddleboards for the same price-I hope to do that next time I'm in town. I agree with the other reviewer, going alongside the yacht club kinda sucked, but there's no way around that. I did not appreciate being honked at by the two people in a giant boat that couldn't get by my tiny kayak that was off to the side, but whatever. I'd definitely still rent again from 41 Degrees. We were able to make same-day reservations by calling a couple hours in advance. They were very accommodating even though it was a busy holiday weekend. They only have 3 SUPs so if you want to try that, definitely reserve in advance.
