At first this place was wonderful and over time there have been a number of questionable things that have gone on that have made me uncomfortable to bring my pets here. They leave the dogs alone 6pm until 8pm according to their posted hours and personal experience. Dogs are left alone and unattended during this time. My dog came home multiple times with injuries and cuts requiring a vet visit and medication costing $200 or more. I understand things are going are going to get rough when dogs are playing but when you're paying $$$ to have your pets cared for you expect the owner to at least acknowledge something happened. Jenetta one of the owners was so rude to me when I said that my dog had a sore that was oozing puss when I picked him up after him having stayed at the hotel for several days while I was away. She said the reason it happened was because my dog was overweight and aggressive. My dog is a 28 lb French bulldog that is a service animal. He is trained to not be aggressive. Their negligence is leading to inhumane treatment of animals in my opinion.
