I came across this lovely little food truck at a festival I attended a weekend or so ago. I will say that this truck isn't the most fancy on the block, but boy it makes up for it! I did find the little pac man symbol pretty cute.
The staff on this truck are super friendly and welcoming - they were the nicest of all the trucks at the festival! They were nice to us right from the start of of saying "hello" - I definitely appreciate this in a food truck, it helps the rapport!
I had heard about the good food on this truck, Mexican food actually (already my fav!). I had a hankering for a poutine and had looked at a few other trucks, but was happy to see that Delight Bite had about 5 different poutine options (even veggie). I opted for the bacon poutine - because bacon obviously! The portions are seriously huge, especially for a food truck. Toppings were a plenty and they loaded up the fries with all of tasty bacon, cheese, gravy and additional toppings. The flavours mixed together quite nicely! Everything came up nice and hot, and luckily I had others to share this dish with because I couldn't have finished it all myself.
They also have tacos, burrito bowls and of course other types of poutines. All made with super fresh ingredients! I will certainly be indulging in this food truck when I see them again! Keep up the great work Delight Bite.
