I started here not knowing what to expect and being super nervous as I've never worked out other than the occasional treadmill jog. I had no idea that this gym would be so much like a family! Everyone is so supportive and patient, willing to teach and so very welcoming and friendly. I felt so comfortable from day one. Jeremy taught our group fit and was so amazingly patient with me and my completely uncoordinated self. Instead of focusing on what I do wrong he gives me tips on how to improve and constantly encouraged me to do so! The other trainers there are equally as amazing and supportive! I got the pleasure to work out with matt, Jared and michelle, all of which I was so comfortable around. This gym is beyond amazing and deserves way more than 5 stars! Look no further, this is the real deal!
