This was my first experience with lash extensions and Shen made it a great experience. Shen was knowledgeable about her product and the looks that they would create. She was patient as I thought through the options. And her suggestion regarding length was much appreciated. I went with her suggestion and I couldn't be happier. The space is clean and quiet.
