Owner is rude and unprofessional. Dresses are overpriced. I found my dress from another authorized dealer for half what she offered it for. They were an hour behind so when i finally get into my appt they waste 20 miutes before i try on to try and sell me their event planning bull crap. Wont sell me a veil because i didnt buy my dress there. She complains she is used as a showroom but she sends her clients to other shops (Demetrios) to try on dresses so she can undercut...ya know, same thing she's complaining about. My suggestion? Try on here and buy elsewhere...google an authorized dealer and get a better price without the hassle and dont get raped on their ridiculous alteration prices! $500 for alterations? Send me a message and ill provide you with numerous reasonable seamstresses that do beautiful work. Stay away from this overpriced bridal sweatshop.
