Horrific. I collapsed at the movie theater had a hypoglycemic crash and my friend dragged me to this urgent care. The front desk could have cared less and my friend asked for an RN to see if I should get an ambulance. After almost 10 minutes of waiting, while the front desk staff was chatting amongst themselves I left and contacted emergency services. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate due to the gross neglect to render aid.
