If you're buying a home it is important to know EVERYTHING. When a bought my house last month I had "Professional Services Unlimited" send me and inspector named Duke C. Brown. I was not there at the inspection but from what I could tell by the report the guy just walked in and flipped some light switches on and off and noticed that a couple lights were out. Thanks a lot buddy I really needed to be charged 350$ for that. Even with his light switched he failed to notice the outside lights the garage light isn't even hooked up to anything. I used to have a home inspector that lived across the street from me and he told me about how people would put up fake electrical sockets and any good inspector would check that by simply bringing a little nightlight or something that would show if the socket works. Duke failed again I have many fake sockets. The doorbell also doesn't work which he didn't notice, c'mon man how hard is it to push a button I know your lazy but it's just a button. Anyway don't use him EVER!.
