Unbelievable event, terrible service. (at least the 45-55 yr old dark haired lady). I was trying to ship a coffee maker today. Man, did I walk in to the wrong place.
After agreeing to shipping charges ($33) and EVEN purchasing the cardboard box ($12) from this UPS store to ship my item, she told me that I would have to take it back home, tape/prepare it and bring it back.
She said that I could NOT use her TAPE. (I had brought in my own stuffing/insulation, bought the box there, but I just needed tape.) I got so mad at her, because she knew it was so much more work to go back home, tape it and bring it back to her.
Furthermore, she said, it was a local business, and that I should also pay the extra $20 to let them pack it. (instead of driving back home to tape it.)
I dont know what to say. I have always supported local & small businesses. And I own one.
