I recently purchased a sectional from Ashley on Sahara and Fort Apache. The only reason im giving this review a 2 star is because the sectional is nice and comfortable and also because the store manager fixed the problem. My salesman promised many things while I was in the store. Promised to take care everything if i had any problems with the delivery of the sectional. On deliver day the sectional I ordered was in the wrong configuration and when I called the salesman to fix the problem he told me to call customer service. I refused the order and went to the store and complained about my purchase and the salesman who sold me the piece of furniture. The store manager fixed everything... Also, I realized that buying furniture online is ALOT cheaper than buying in store. That same sectional I bought in store was 700 dollars cheaper online on their own website. The manager honored the online price and gave me a few discounts for their error. But now i know if i buy furniture again from ashleys i will go in store to walk around and look at what im interested in and when im ready i will buy online. I will most likely not return to that store.
