They had a Lexus marked for $26k less than 2 days ago. As busy as I am I didn't have time to call to put a deposit on it. Then they mark it up almost $1,000 due to "market conditions". I called and spoke with Matt and he was unwilling to even hear my request nor make a deal. I have cash in hand for this car. Look, I understand business, I operate 3 companies, but the way this dealer and Matt handled this situation was worst than poor.
Think about this. If they treated a consumer with cash in hand this way, how will you be treated when you actually hand over your money?
I would stay away, frankly run away.
