I'll write a full review later, but let's just say that at the end of the process when someone has purchased the car and you've been waiting for 3 hours and you say you're not interested in the warranty, take me at my word - I DID NOT WANT YOUR FUCKING WARRANTY ROY AND IRON. Two of the slimmest people I've ever dealt with after buying cars for over 3 decades. I'm still pissed. Should have fucking walked out but I liked the young kid who sold us the car.
