I would not recommend this dealership, they are very deceptive when buying a Used Vehicle. Very deceptive and dishonest. I traveled from Southwest Ohio to Cleveland to purchase a Used vehicle. When brokering the deal, the salesman, Jeff James said he would ask their service department to fix the two main issues from the test drive, an oxygen sensor and the brakes. When I signed the paperwork, I asked Kyle Pisani, Sales Manager to make note of the repairs that were to be done. He declined saying they "would not deliver a bad product." They delivered the car to me four days later. The oxygen sensor was resolved, but the brakes were almost to the floor. I informed Jeff James I would take it to my mechanic. Jeff said to keep him informed they would take care of it. I subsequently had to take the car to the local dealer, the repairs cost me $1500.00. The Manager of Montrose, Brandon McGinnis told me I was out of luck because I purchased an AS IS vehicle. When I told him of the promises made by his staff, he told me he would get back to me. Ten days later, I have heard nothing. Do not take this dealership at their word, their word means nothing to them.
