I have 2 reviews for 2 different locations, every solitary time I come to the banner location the front desk ladies are awfully rude on multiple occasions and have yelled at me for not showing up 15 minutes early, Which is why I transferred to thunderbird, the atmosphere at thunderbird is amazing and the staff is so helpful. Banner Estrella gets 1 star and Thunderbird gets 5 stars.
