Upon entering service, I wasn't greeted by the 3 staff that weren't busy but having personal conversations. My service advisor could not be contacted for updates on repairs, even after leaving messages. When I finally get a call to pickup my vehicle it still was not ready. I had to tow my truck back for the same exact issue that i spent $400 on, for them to keep my truck all day 700a-500p for a "simple tightening of a loose screw" in an area NOT associated with the previous work but a detailed inspection costing $120 was done "satisfactorily" as per their paperwork. So the only question I have is explain to me how can you charge me for service and not fix it but come back and now it's magically fixed? I really need to find a genuinely good mechanic in Charlotte!
