Iceman Cooling came out to replace a rusted A/C pan that was leaking. I asked if I should cover the floor & our clothing but he said it wasn't necessary. He then goes to the outside pipe and uses a high powered blower which send a flood of dirty rusty water into our closet. Flooding the carpet, running into the bathroom and spattered dirty water with rust remnants are now on our belongings. When I said will someone be out to clean this he replied I should call a restoration company...I then called the office and spoke with Elisa who said there's a 1% chance of this happening and offered no help in resolving the problem her serviceman created. To top it off the service guy leaves without us knowing...A/C is still dripping there's water filled in the pan, never cleans anything up then LIES to the office saying the damage was there when he arrived ~ I have pictures! We now have a huge job and inconvenience to deal with because of Iceman Cooling.
