Wow, I am pretty surprised that "the customer is always wrong" retailer rule applies to this store. They are fantastic for selling you new items, but clearly, they want as little to do with you as they can after. In my case, I was sold Visual Voice Mail, but never received it, an HTC10 that periodically reboots and shuts its bluetooth off as well, unexpectadly, causing me to be locked out of my hotel room. There is no such thing as customer loyalty anymore for retail storefronts and definitely for long term customers. I've had the same Verizon number for 35+ years, from back when Verizon purchased NYNEX Mobile. The stores do not care. Best to deal with online customer support and keep your options open by having multiple carriers.
