If you are having car trouble, you are also probably having a bad day. Paula in service made my bad day suck a lot less. She was helpful, informative, and her customer service was on point. They have someone who can take you and pick you up anywhere in Chambana for free while your car is being worked on. Also, they have coupons online for service...USE THEM! I saved $50. I will be going back to Sullivan Parkhill for everything now. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and I definitely recommend the service department.
