The office is small and clean. Wait times are very short. Both Dr. Bingham and his staff are very friendly. There were times when I felt the small, informal setting actually hurt, because the staff was not always the best at following up on things they were supposed to do.
I like Dr. Bingham very much personally, so it pains me to say that as time went on, I lost confidence in him as a doctor. I had to show him precancerous spots on my face for him to freeze off; he didn't see them himself. I've since moved out of the city and another, more experienced dermatologist immediately saw the spots.
A bigger issue is that I had MOHS surgery that left a rather significant scar on my forehead, much more noticeable than I was told it would be. I just figured it was the nature of the location and having surgery. But after going to the new dermatologist, he immediately commented on the scar and asked me who did the surgery. He seemed quite upset and explained that the stitches were not done properly and resulted in a much worse scar than necessary. I'm inclined to believe him, especially since I didn't even ask about it, given I was already pretty confident that was the case.
