WOW! My wife and I were blown away by how thorough Paul and the team from Valley Building Inspections were. From the detailed email prior to inspection to the actual inspection. Upon entrance to our future home, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles. From that moment, water bottles were offered before we were walked through the entire inside and outside of the home. REALLY.. What home inspector takes the extra time to go through everything from their point of view?! It was as if both inspectors were looking at their own house. During and even post walk through we asked as many questions as we could, and not once did we feel rushed.
I would recommend Paul and the Valley Building Inspection team to everyone looking for a good home inspection. This was an amazing experience, thanks for making it so memorable and so positive!
