My experience with Cohen & Padda was clearly much different then the individual below I will first talk about my experience and give my notes on the comments below.
I switched to Cohen and Padda to work with Paul Padda as I was not getting the attention and results in regards to doctors referrals and the doctors they recommended. A friend recommended I reach out to Paul to get his opinion on my legal issues.
I went into the office to sit down with Paul to discuss. He gave me some guidance and did not pressure me to switch. The visit was complimentary and he told me to contact him in the future if I wanted to work with him. I later contacted him and he helped transfer my case over.
I have been working with Paul Padda and his paralegal Ashely Pourghahreman for a few months now, they have been fantastic! They set me up with doctors that actually communicate what is going on and are some of the top doctors in the state. They have been very helpful with all of my legal issues and I would highly recommend them.
To the individual below if you are going to a lawyer you should always get everything in writing. Also, if your employer saw you posting something about your settlement and the amount you received typically you can lose that settlement, not a good idea.
If a lawyer offers you a discounted rate isn't that a good thing? Typically, when anyone offers you a special discount that not available to others, out of curtisy you keep it to yourself so other individuals don't expect that same discount. Just my opinion.
