Overall, it wasn't bad, but the facility is older and could seriously use some repairs and upgrades. I stayed here with my family and for the most part we were comfortable and it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was quiet, they accept pets, the housekeeping staff kept it up, and the breakfast is good. I only offer three stars though because repairs are needed.
Our two major issues were the shower curtain rod and the front door. Our curtain rod was bent down and the shower curtain torn in a few spots so the shower curtain kept falling to the center of the rod on both sides. There was at least a foot of open space on either end to let in cold air and let out water during the shower because I couldn't get the curtain to stay.
The second major issue was a gap in the front door between the door itself and the door frame. You could actually see into our room from the hall, granted not well, but it made me a little uncomfortable.
Other than that, we weren't overly fond of the comfort level of the bed and pillows, but we have experienced worse in more upscale hotels. The grounds of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel hallways always smelled clean.
I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again, but would have no qualms if it was business related like this trip.
