Was not impressed with this place. Was already aware of the higher prices compared to other tailors/alteration places ($15 to do a basic hem of a pair of pants), but it was the poor customer service that rubbed me the wrong way.
The lady that I dealt with was quite aloof and unhelpful when answering some pretty basic questions; she wasn't able to (or willing) to provide me any kind of price estimate to hem a shirt or suit top. I understand that the price may range based on quality/cut etc., but to not be willing to provide any estimate at all felt quite strange.
The carelessness in which they deal with their items was also quite apparent, as they lost the tag associated with my pants. I eventually recovered my pants, but the lack of concern or communication mean I will not use their service again.
