We were automatically assigned by SafeCo (our insurance at the time) to this company and at first Frank was very responsive. Until he wanted us to add coverage and other family members who didn't sign up. The man who is in charge, Frank Guzman, did not help us properly and should have sent paperwork to our bank and never did so. Very bad about calling back and answering questions. Yells in emails with all capital letters. Very poor service and we were almost charged $2400 by our bank for not providing correct insurance documents and thankfully WE caught his errors. Beware people!
