Came in today for the first time to buy a soccer ball. Sean was helping another new customer just before me and overheard some great tips from him on goalie gear. Once he was free he helped me right away with selecting a soccer ball. He had a few options and was able to get a really nice ball. He also pumped it up for me.
Sean was very helpful and nice. He also had a good selection of soccer equipment.
I can understand how people are frustrated with returns at soccer shops as most places now implement a no return policy especially with soccer shoes after you have worn them. There should be some give and take on both sides but you have to understand once you have worn them it's hard for a small retail business to absorb returns.
