Very impressed with Fit Factory. I find the classes to be demanding but reasonable. Staff are tough but not rude or personal. If you are showing top effort, you'll be fine. I was straining and collapsing in sit-ups because my abs were completely tapped out, and Jeff didn't give me a hard time because I was showing the effort. There is a lot of variety in the classes -- you'll never be bored. In fact the time flies by and you barely have time to think about anything other than the exercises, let alone check the clock. I am really happy with this place. It's no frills and tough. If that's what you want, come and get it.
