Approximately 2 1/2 years ago Dr. Sulkowski replaced one of my fillings that had come out with a crown. It was a horrible experience: the first crown came in and it was not cast correctly and didn't fit. The next one came in and it STILL wasn't right, but Dr. Sulkowski shaved it and jammed it in (and caused a fair amount of pain in the process). I know I should have questioned this, but I thought that he was the professional and should know what he was doing. Big Mistake. I went for an exam at Chestnut Hills Dental this week and an X-ray revealed that there was a big space in the crown, because it didn't fit properly. Now there is a cavity under it because it was not sealed correctly. This, of course, means I will have to purchase another crown and hope that my insurance covers at least 50%. I strongly advise avoiding Dr. Sulkowski. He was originally referred to me by a friend, so I trusted him, but he does not deserve either trust or your money. He is a very bad dentist.
