I was not impressed with this company at all. I had three tiles blown off by the wind and a few that needed re-nailed. They have a mandatory minimum of $300+!!!!!! For THREE TILES I paid nearly $400. Then, this is the best part, I had a window of 10am-12pm. I was home around 930am. Never once did I get a call or text that they had arrived. It was after 1pm when I finally went outside and looked. The work was done but I had absolutely no idea WHEN it was done. They didn't leave a business card, an invoice, NOTHING. I had to call four times just to try to get in contact with someone about payment. I am still blown away by the ridiculous price and lack of professionalism with this company. I won't use them again. I give them two stars because the work was done within a few days of calling to schedule but everything else sucked.
