It is a MAJOR pain to wait around for a guy to get back to you. I tend to put it on the back burner until he does, and then only notice a few weeks later that he never did.
Why did I even try a second and third time with Tony anyway??? Well, he did offer to do the replacement roof while he was out with the insurance adjuster; and he said, "Don't choose someone until you check with me." Well with the price being just under $20k, I desperately needed his input.
Enticing isn't it? Well, apparently, not for him or TLC -- no one ever got back to me. What's hilarious is on my third call the person told me they had tried to find my number from the insurance company -- that was after I'd already left two message with Tony. So this was the THIRD message, and still he never called back!
