I hired this company to move my belonging from California to Indiana because they had the cheapest rates or so I thought I scheduled for them to show up on a specific day and they showed up over 24 hours later after I had spent all day on the phone the day they were suppose to show up to verify they were going to show up on time and did not. upon arrival they showed up with a truck with next to no room left in it I had let them know that we had a couple additional small items that they said would not be an issue. They choose to put both of my motorcycles that they already knew they were shipping up against each other with my other belonging stacked on top of them in order to fit everything. They dropped multiple of my belonging off of the truck while loading made personal phone calls that I feel were not professional at all. After everything was finally on the truck they then let us know that due to the extra items the price would be close to a thousand dollars more which later on I found out was against my rights per the FMCSA as outlined in their rules and regulations they have to let you know this before loading the truck. At this pointthey were more then a day late and I still had to get myself and family to Indiana so I was pretty much forced to sign the new agreement unless I wanted to postpone our move longer which was not possible due to my military relocation. Upon delivery a good portion of my belonging were damaged to the point that they had to be replaced. In hind sight I should have utilized a company that has more respect for individuals and their belonging. In my opinion this company is a rip off and just out to legally steal your money.
