Phenomenal customer service - kudos
I placed a reserve on the phone and went to pick up my order after work. They had apparently sold it to someone. Despite that, they offered to call their supplier for another, but one of the THREE associates helping me procured a similar item, which means I didn't make the one hour commute here from downtown for nothing!
They carry a very wide range of brands, namely Canada Goose, Barbour, Ralph Lauren, and Moncler. Pricy? Insanely. But they have end of the season sales, which is a smart move.
