I've been here twice. Once was late at night about an hour before store closed and Two sales women where still on. One appeared to be avoiding me so she could get her work done and leave for the night. I get it I've worked in retail before... Sad thing is that this is how it is everywhere and not only at closing time. Big corporations really don't seriously care about the consumers experience just enough to appease for desired profits. Mind you I don't have the highest opinion of employees also, I think too many are not grateful for having a job and lack professionalism. The other sales women was extremely helpful, she identified herself as a manager. She took some time to answer some questions and help me get what I needed. This is much appreciated and lead to visit this store again today. Today two sales women were on the floor and quite rude. One at cutting counter griped behind customers back as she went to look at tracing paper near counter. Really? Boy I can't wait till you gripe About me while cutting my fabric. One was at cash out. She was just too cool and was curt with polite small talk for everyone in front of me and me to. She had the attitude "it's us against them". Made me feel like saying, "hey, I just spent $25 bucks in your store", "I just helped YOU keep YOUR job by giving this store a sale"!!! Hence two stars. Way to go Joann's. I'll drive out of my way to go to another store next time.
