We have used Hobe several times and have no complaint about the meat (nor raving reviews for that matter) but I had to chime in and agree with the absolutely atrocious customer service. When you go in it's nearly impossible to get served at the counter, and when you call just hope woman doesn't answer the phone. I noticed the other reviews often mentioned her and her uncouth way of talking to people. I think she must be related to the owner or something because if she were just an employee she should've been let go a long time ago. She was rude, condescending, and incorrect. She actually argued with me about something that she clearly didn't have a lot of knowledge on. Very big deterrent against shopping here again.
