Been coming here since it was Washworks... And since it became "sparkle" it has been getting worse and worse. I like it since it's so convenient and close but it looks like I will have to start driving to Alamo again.
The disorder and chaos is just unbelievable, half the time you can't even park your car and get out since the line does not move forward. The other time you have a faster full service lane that movies quicker and you end up being 4 or 5 cars behind the person that was behind you in the wash tunnel. I really don't mind paying 40+ dollars for a car wash but I would expect services for that same a amount. Save your self some time and don't come here for full service washes...
