Visited here for the second time. Arrived right before noon. Seated at the bar because I was visiting by myself. Bartender attended me, got me a glass of water and gave me menu to look at. He came back in about 10 min, took my order. I asked him for wi-fi password. Because,,,lunch by myself? What else is there to do? He told me it'll be on the bill and he'll bring it to me (didn't say when). So I'm thinking to myself,,,I kind of want it now,,,when am I going to get it? how hard is it to verbally tell me the password? Or post it somewhere for everyone? Sure enough, he forgot about my bill, and I didn't get it until I finish my food. He apologized, for your note. I wouldn't say I'm mad, but it just doesn't make sense. If you are not about to let your guest enjoy free wi-fi, why would you even set up guest wifi??? Overall, first time and this time, their customer service just lacks. They are just "not rude", or "okay". Definitely could use more smile, and enthusiasm. Their pho, is pretty solid. One of my favorite in Vegas.
