We have been a customer with Cash 1 for over a year and did not experience any issue until this previous loan. We borrowed $700 and per our contract and what the representative (), we were told to pay back $731.27, the fins ace charge. When we went to pay off our loan, they changed the amount to $762.14. So magically it went $31 up. I spoke with the Store Manager, Vanessa who told me there's nothing that could be done and we had to pay the higher amount. After explaining how unfair and unethical this was, she spoke to her District Manager, Jen who also said nothing can be done. So we did not cause any hassle. We paid the higher amount and now I'll be reporting to their corporate office and yelping my review. They choose to lose a long-time customer over $31, how sad! Go somewhere else to take a loan, this place will rip you off.
