The absolute worst community association management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They NEVER call you back, answer emails or written letters; all forms of communication I have tried using to get through to them....maybe a singing telegram would get their attention? In the past when I have gotten through to someone on the phone they were so ignorant as to the issues at hand that I wondered why my neighborhood had an association at all. If your sole job is to manage a community and you can't manage to clean the pool regularly, maintain the common areas trees and shrubs, or answer questions for the homeowners, then what exactly do you do? They are con artists. STAY AWAY!
