You know, the teacher known as Tammy is one of the greatest people I have ever met. She's nice, understanding, and has great advice. The reason for the bad rating is for the other side of this hack business. The secretary known as Melissa is rude and they charge you extra money just for being out of state. The customer service is terrible and they will try to guilt you into paying more money. I'm a combat vet and I was treated better in Iraq. Shop around if you are looking for classes is what I am getting at. But, if you can get Tammy as a teacher it might be worth it.
