i've been going to cherry for months. unfortunately, most of the lash artists book up before i can even get in. and when i do, it's with a different level artist then i prefer. today, i my appointment was pushed back 30 minutes without any notice. The lady at the desk claimed she called me 3 times and left a void message but nothing was in my call list of voice mail box. all they could offer me was 10% and a bunch of issues because i booked other appointments after. I don't understand why the overbooking is so bad because before there was
no problem. i'm disappointed with the communication lacking with cherry lash lounge.
