I have been a customer at this location for 10+ years and just recently found out these people are crooks. I have spent over $12,000 at this specific location only to find out that they have been robbing me. I recently spent $1000 on my fuel system and after leaving my car there for a week I am still having issues with it. After investing that much money you would expect everything to work right. After that, my coolant system light went on and when I took it in to be assessed they told me that it was just the sensor that had the problem and proceeded charged me $500. After they supposedly fixed it, the light went back on. At that time they told me it was a coolant leak. But if that's the case then that is the reason the light went on the first time when I paid $500 to get it fixed. After seeing they found the leak they wanted to charge me an additional $800. I took the car to a different mechanic to get a second opinion and they told me that the only reason the light came on the first place was due to the leak and that Sun Devil Auto was just trying to rip me off by charging me $500 to fix the sensor. The mechanic where I went for the second opinion said they can fix the issue for $400, half of what they're trying to rip me off at Sun Devil Auto Stop. After being a loyal customer for over a decade and investing at the amount of money that I have in that company I would tell anyone who had car issues to never set foot in a Sun Devil Auto Shop unless they want to have money stolen from them. They give all mechanics a bad name by being a shady one.
