The initial customer service with the sales associate was good. I purchased a suit, but it took more than a week to simply get the pants hemmed (asked for cuffed, which I was charged extra). When I picked-up the suit, the cuffed hemming was not done and the suit looked worn. Unfortunately they could not resolve the issue in the store and I asked for a refund. The manager didn't seem to care at all and offered no alternative or discount. I would not recommend this store. You can find better selection, value, and service elsewhere.
