Z Galleries have beautiful items but don't stand behind their products that have been made cheap. I have bought the Wine water dispensers. The outside looked great and in good condition. I didn't use it until family gathering months later and just a drop came out like a leaky sink to pour drinks in front of my guests. They have terrible reviews on their cheap plastic spouts but delete most of those posts to the public. I tried to buy an upgraded spout because the unit is beautiful but they wouldn't return my calls and said I should have filled it with liquid and tried it. Sorry but Pottery Barn stands behind their product. I broke the top accidently and thought Z galleries had a better style this year. I will stick with Pottery Barn quality from now on. Looked at replacement at Z Gallerie"s beautiful 3 stacks different liquid clear. They say bottom stack leaks and top two stacks cant be straight down like picture. Glass un even and glass wont fit unless staggered like picture doesn't show.
