I clearly should have read the reviews first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Like most of the other people who have written reviews, I waited an hour and half for someone to show up and by the time they got there had no choice but to pay the astronomical fee because I needed to get to work.
$15 service fee, sounds reasonable right? Until the total comes to $200. I've had to have the same vehicle unlocked before and it was $46 with another company.
I emailed them a complaint to give them a chance to make this right before I wrote this review. I then got a phone call from a very rude, dismissive woman who literally laughed at me on the phone. Not even sure why she bothered calling, just to rub salt in my $200 wound I guess.
