I took some time in debating my first ever 1 star rating for non-food place. I'm never one to be harsh because everyone can have a bad day or week...but year after year?
This places has some of the worst service I've experienced and unless you think you're getting at least a 20% discount compared to other dealers, walk away.
From the service department to the sales people, their goal is to try to talk you into anything that will separate money from your wallet and they do it behind such a disingenuous manner. Hope the manager figures this out soon.
