There's a reason the rating of this business continues to decline. Good staff has left due to poor management and animal care. We've been taking our lovely dog here for two years. We recently found out through an anonymous source that Maddie was being kenneled for 6 hours a day, this had been ongoing for 4-6 months. The management didn't care enough to inform us of this. Their excuse when confronted ? That our pet had began to exhibit signs of aggression. Why was this information not given to us as owners ? Should it not be our decision to determine how we go forward with our dog ? You do NOT get to decide that without consulting. Maddie has exhibited no signs of aggression since being away from doggie district. We will never return, and negative feedback will be given to all who ask. The manager is a poor example of a leader or person who has passion for pets. Staff and other pet owners who no longer use doggie district have verbalized the same sentiment. Doggie Districts refund of our package doesn't change the fact they left our furry child stuck in a kennel all day, and decided they knew what was best for her while leaving her owners in the dark. You are a poor excuse for a company.
