This might one of the worst experiences I've had with a business. The repair was fast and easy, but when I handled my phone, the screen's quality was significantly worse than the original iPhone 6 Plus screen. I get standards are going to be different, but the feel was sub par. Simple swipes met my fingers with resistance and the responsiveness of the screen was lacking when trying to type quickly. This is strike one. I brought this to their attention so they provided a screen protector. A little less than a month goes by and my phone falls from my bed, only a 2 foot drop, and a crack appears. The crack goes through the protector and causes a huge crack on the screen. This reflects on the poor quality of their screens. After allowing me to believe their 30 day warranty covered everything, I went in to ask for a replacement. The person attending me didn't try helping at all, telling me he doesn't know who helped me, but that I was not covered and had to pay full price. This was partly my fault for not looking at the small print, but when the rep told me the warranty covers everything, I felt assured. Now I feel ripped off. Essentially: horrid screen quality masked by a free screen 'protector' and terrible customer service reps hiding behind deceit. The price might be great, but learn from my mistake and look for another repair shop. Edit 1: 4.11.17 Got a message from the owner a while back apologizing for the bad experience I had. He offered to repair my screen for free or refund my money. I took him up on the first offer. The owner's what makes me have hope for this business; very professional, cordial, and welcoming. We'll see how long this screen holds up.
